hey everyone, sorry, probably won't get any chance to do any marker madness this week or probably the next. gearing up towards new york comic con madness now! so been trying to finish up an issue of spidey uk before i go! craziness all around me.

this year, i'm fully organised and got myself a table even! so if u're at the con, please do come by and say 'u suck as an artist and i can so definitely beat u at tekken!' i'll be at the artist alley section at section K tables 19 and 20!

SNAKE EYES AND WITCHBLADE MARKER MADNESS

just uploading the last two sketches i managed to get done over the weekend. no more MARKER MADNESS till i get back from NY unfortunately. meantime, YO JOE!

the final piece of MARKER MADNESS i got to do over the weekend. and what a way to finish up! on a down. i am so mad with this piece. nothing came out right! lol. i used a diff paper which made the blending near impossible as the ink dried up as soon as it hit the surface. the ink was just bleeding all over the place and i made a terrible mistake over the groin area which made her looked like she had testicles, so had to use white out which made it impossible to then colour over the white out. so ya, worse piece of the MARKER MADNESS bunch. but now i know not to use that damn paper again!!!! :D i will most likely redo this!

took about an hour to do! i'll try and beat that next time. :) feeling a bit better about this one than the last effort. bit more of an action shot plus full figure too. so win win! :D

also on another note, just heard back from my editor, so it's back to work for me and meeting deadlines. will try and get another piece done at least or one a day before i start work everyday. so hopefully, sketches will still move along, but just at a slower pace. :) meantime, enjoy the black leather siren!

POWERGIRL MARKER MADNESS

not my best of the bunch. a bit of a 'meh' piece. got a bit messy as well this piece around as the paper surface tore a bit and the markers started bleeding. also a bit tired of the front on standing pose. i think it's time to kick it up a notch and put some action here on in. the test would be to see how fast i can turn the action shots around. my goal is to keep it under and hour. so far, all my sketches are timing at about 40 to 45 min from blank paper. and since i still haven't heard back from my editor in regards to my spidey roughs, i guess i got some time to sketch a few pieces today. or do my tax... lol. so we'll see. more to come. stay tuned.... i'll probably redo another powergirl later down the line.
